1. I don't believe in umbrellas.

2. I (used to) hate wearing skirts and dresses.

3. I don't drink alcohol unless it's 梅酒 (Umeshu - Japanese plum wine) and on a very special occasion, an amaretto sour. But this might occur maybe 2/3 times a year if you're lucky.

4. My favourite movie is Spirited Away.

5. I never look at the weather forecast (unless it's for work).

6. I would rather be too cold than too hot.

7. I'm half Japanese, half American but I have a British accent.

8. I love playing video games, esp story-driven fantasy/farming ones.

9. I listen to Jazz most of the time as it calms me down and lifts my spirits.

10. I used to own a floristry business with my friend Jess called Okishima & Simmonds before I decided to pursue photography full-time. I sometimes run workshops and retreats throughout the year.
