— This was the app that first helped me get into meditation many years ago. I started with 10-second - 1-minute meditations and over time gradually was able to sit for much longer (10-30 mins).

— I have just recently (2024) started using the Pain Management Course to help me manage my chronic pain in my shoulders/neck. It’s helped immensely.
